PITCH FEE includes up to 2 people and electric hook-up:

2025 Pitch Fee – £30 PER NIGHT WITH EHU 

OPEN Friday 28th  MARCH 2025

(All prices are inclusive of VAT)

  • Dogs go FREE (max 2 dogs per pitch)
  • Awnings FREE

Extras 

  • Extra adult / child 5yrs + per head  £5 each per night 
  • Additional car / trailer / gazeebo ( where possible ) £ 5 per night 
  • Adult Only Field Available on request
  • EHU standard on ALL mainsite pitches
  • Minimum stay 3 nights for bank holidays and busy periods

 

Conditions of Booking

All bookings are subject to the following:

• A non-refundable deposit of £40 is payable at the time of booking, regardless of season.

The Park are not liable for refunds or expenses you incur in the event they are prevented from fulfilling your Booking as a result of circumstances beyond their control. Such circumstances shall include (but not be limited to) war, terrorism, riots or civil unrest, industrial action, flooding, natural disaster, epidemics, health risks or such similar events (“Force Majeure”).

We recommend that you have adequate holiday insurance in place.

• The balance of payment will be due at least 2 weeks prior to arrival via bank transfer or card payment via phone only

• Dogs are more than welcome but must be quiet, and on a lead at all times and never left unaccompanied on the site

  • EV charging and EHU splitters are not permitted

• The owner of the site does not accept liability in respect of damage to any persons or property using the site however sustained

• All arrivals must be after 12 pm and all departures by 11am.

• We do not permit open fires

  • There will be no charge for an awning, please ensure it is breathable or have no groundsheet to protect the grass

• We cannot accommodate group bookings

• The Proprietors reserve the right to refuse a reservation or to terminate a booking of any person whose conduct is detrimental to the well-being or comfort of other park occupants, guidelines will be issued prior to arrival

• The speed limit throughout the park is strictly 5mph
